We've planned the retreat with the aim of creating as many opportunities as possible for parents to have time and space for their own practice. To support this most adult classes/workshops will be running alongside a seperate children's program (which parents are welcome to join). Along with children's yoga class we are also planning to run communal story times, creative activities, forest school fun, camp fire sing-alongs and supervised free-play outside.
ADULT ONLY YOGA CLASSES
Classes will be run for adults while a parallel class or activity is running for your children with our experienced childcare team so you can enjoy your yoga class without distraction.
MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS CLASSES
Guided adult only meditation and mindfulness classes to help support us to re-connect with or discover our meditation practice, and support us to find more space and ease with the day to day challenges that parenting presents.
WORKSHOPS AND SHARING CIRCLES
A space to reflect on and find ways to grow within the challenges of parenting in a non-judgemental space.
Enjoy some fun yoga classes with your children and learn some new moves and songs so you can keep practicing with your children once you return home from the retreat.
We'll run daily yoga classes for your little ones so they can learn about, and hopefully, start to share your passion for yoga.
CHILD-LED EXPLORATION OF NATURE
The hall's grounds encompass 75 acres of lawn and forest space where your children can be free to be themselves in a totally safe natural environment.
We'll also be running some foraging and bush craft workshops so your little ones (and you) can learn more about nature and create some magical family memories.
